-continue to focus aggressively on debt, since Oct 2007 I have knocked down my debt by 6% (-$13,000)
-startup cost of last property is behind me.
-property values have leveled, although still show a slight upward trend.
-income taxes paid
- 26% portfolio gain for first year annv. on NIQ
- stimulus check shall be good for reduction of debt (05/13/08)
