Monthly Entry
BIG MILESTONE THIS MONTH - ESSENTIALLY AM NOW DEBT FREE...Booyah...
Home value net of assumed 6% sales fees
Personal property: 2 kids combined value of education funds
Other Assets: spouse retirement/IRA
Annuity: my little bucket-o-mad money
Other Real Estate: rental duplex unit in low-cost mid-America
Other Debts: est'd 2010 Annual income tax bill to be paid

Commentary: 2 real estate transactions (sales) this month to reduce overall real estate exposure - now I have used equity to pay off my primary residence in-full,and exited the other negative cash flow rental property that just never turned into a good investment. Still own a duplex rental property (paid off) which generates adequate cash flow to cover insurance, property taxes, repairs, and generates $400/month rental income before tax.
