Commentary: 2 real estate transactions (sales) this month to reduce overall real estate exposure - now I have used equity to pay off my primary residence in-full,and exited the other negative cash flow rental property that just never turned into a good investment. Still own a duplex rental property (paid off) which generates adequate cash flow to cover insurance, property taxes, repairs, and generates $400/month rental income before tax.
